Informazioni sull?autore

Drienie Hattingh is a native of South Africa. She and her husband, Johan, and children, Eugene, Brenda and Yolandi, immigrated to America 30 years ago. Drienie has been a columnist for 20 years and have true stories published in Christmas Anthologies, such as Christmas Miracles and The Spirit of Christmas, and also stories in Chicken Soup for the Soul. Her historical novel, FOREVER FRIENDS was published in 2015. She also published a novella, A Glass Slipper for Christmas. Drienie loves history in all its forms. She has had a fascination with Utah’s history and legends, ever since she moved from Minnesota to Eden, fourteen years ago. No wonder she now lives right in the thick of it, on Historic 25th Street, where she is surrounded by historical buildings, such as Union Station, and Ben Lomand Hotel, and all the beautiful buildings that had survived demolition in the last hundred years or so. After Drienie compiled and published the first three books in the TALES Series, she just ‘had to’ focus on the Ogden Canyon, and the Ogden Valley. The Ogden Canyon, she says, has been ‘haunting’ her… begging to be the subject of her next book.
