Riassunto

A unique fusion of baseball, family, and adventure continues in BallShark Voodoo Rising, the second installment in the BallShark™ Select Baseball Series. Ryne Dunston and his Intimidator teammates find themselves face to face with a superior elite youth organization that mercilessly destroys opponents. The Lone Star Elite Voodoo is on the fast track to national stardom, eager to capture the inaugural state title at the brand new Baseball World theme park in Texas and claim for themselves the secret prize promised to the winner by Major League Baseball. How can the Intimidators hope to compete with this well financed, high-powered club, particularly without their mysterious star player from Hawai’i? Seeking to solve the riddle surrounding the disappearance of the Intimidators' amazing right fielder, Ryne's father has set out on a quest. Guided by an unusual intuition and a strange series of coincidences, Shaun Dunston pursues the truth behind the curious young man and his elusive father. But as the peculiar twists of fate continue to lead him forward, Shaun finds himself challenged by a curious psychological theory. Can it explain the odd happenings surrounding the Intimidators' summer baseball season and the unusual convergence of events involving Ryne and Major League Baseball history? The BallShark™ Select Baseball Series continues in BallShark Voodoo Rising! In Book Two, Ryne Dunston and his Intimidator teammates find themselves center stage at the biggest event in their baseball universe--Championship Weekend--at the magnificent Baseball World facility in Texas. The search for their enigmatic teammate from Hawai'i who disappeared before the playoff season began has pushed Ryne’s father, Shaun, into an unanticipated confrontation with his belief system. At the same time, strange coincidences, odd timing and unexpected revelations have tied Ryne to Major League Baseball history. But will the historical dots and strange happenstances connect Ryne and his teammates to a championship win, and is there something perhaps even bigger waiting for the Intimidators just beyond the horizon?
