Informazioni sull?autore
Risa Olinsky, wellness coach and personal trainer, writes about the simple joys of walking. Now in her 60s, and despite life-long scoliosis and degenerative arthritis, she walks several miles every day, and leads longer walks for Freewalkers.org. As a young woman, she overcame health challenges and for 35 years has helped others do so as well. Carol Hsiung is an architect, a published artist and an avid sketcher who loves to create stories with her drawings. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and son where they spend a lot of time walking their dog.
