Michaël Rosen est né dans le Middlesex en 1946. Ecrivain renommé en Grande-Bretagne, Michael Rosen est aussi animateur de radio. Il vit à Hackney (G.B) avec sa femme et leurs enfants.
Née en 1938 en Grande-Bretagne, Helen Oxenbury auteur illustratrice de nombreux livres pour enfants, vit dans le nord de Londres avec son mari, John Burningham. Spécialisée dans le design théâtral, elle a commencé par dessiner des costumes pour le théâtre et le cinéma.
