The book is devoted to problems of information technologies (description and processing signals, especially ones corrupted by noises and disturbances) and to problems of telecommunications and production of advanced equipment in radio-electronics developed at the Ural Federal University, Ekaterinburg, Russia. Sergey I.Kumkov is Senior Research Scientist at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Ural Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences and Associate Professor, Ural Federal University, Institute of Radio-electronics and Information Technologies. Sergey Shabunin is a Professor with the Ural Federal University, Institute of Radio-electronics and Information Technologies.
