<div><b>Lucas FM da Silva</b>&nbsp;is Full Professor at the Department of&nbsp;Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto&nbsp;(FEUP).&nbsp;He leads the&nbsp;Advanced&nbsp;Joining Processes Unit (AJPU) of the Institute of Science and&nbsp;Innovation in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering (INEGI). He is&nbsp;Editor-in-Chief of&nbsp;The Journal of&nbsp;Adhesion and Journal of Advanced Joining Processes.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Paulo A.F. Martins</b>&nbsp;is Professor of Manufacturing at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, Portugal. He is Doctor Technices Honoris Causa by the&nbsp;Technical University of Denmark and Fellow of the International Academy for Production Engineering. His research is focused on forming and joining by forming, and he is co-author of 6 books and over 400 papers in international journals and conferences.&nbsp;<br></div><div> <p><b>Professor Dr.- Ing. Uwe Reisgen</b>&nbsp;obtained his doctoral degree at the RWTH Aachen University (Germany) in 1995. Since 2007, he is University Professor, Holder of&nbsp;Chair and Head of the ISF—Welding and Joining Institute, RWTH Aachen University, Germany.</p><br></div>
