Ljubica Djordjevic is Senior Researcher and Head of the ‘Justice and Governance’ Cluster at the European Centre for Minority Issues in Flensburg, Germany.

Börries Kuzmany is a historian and Slavicist by training, an assistant professor at the Department for East European History at the University of Vienna, Austria.

Tove Malloy is Professor of European Studies at the Europa-Universita¨t Flensburg, Germany, and External Lecturer at Roskilde University, Denmark.
