Prof. Dr. Mario Vanhoucke is a Full Professor atGhent University (Belgium), Vlerick Business School (Belgium) and UniversityCollege London (UK). He teaches "Project Management", "AppliedOperations Research" and "Decision Making for Business". He isdirector of EVM Europe and partner at the company OR-AS. His research interest lies in the integration of projectscheduling, risk management and project control, which has led to more than 60papers in international journals, three Project Management books published bySpringer and an online learning platform entitled PM Knowledge Center. His research has received multiple awards,including awards from PMI Belgium and IP.
