Documento accademico dell'anno 2022 in materia Economia aziendale - Varie, grado: 2,3, Università di scienze applicate, Düsseldorf, lingua: inglese, astratto: In questo incarico, verrà presentato lo stato attuale della letteratura sulle due tendenze dei prezzi Fusione SPAC e quotazione diretta, rispetto alla procedura di bookbuilding ampiamente utilizzata e ai vantaggi e rischi del nuovo verranno spiegati i metodi. Questa conoscenza viene poi illustrata attraverso alcuni casi di studio. A causa del quadro limitato di questo incarico, il metodo di azione non viene discusso, sebbene questo rappresenti sicuramente un'altra tendenza interessante. Innanzitutto, il secondo capitolo dell'incarico spiega i termini di base e introduce brevemente il metodo a prezzo fisso, che era spesso utilizzato in passato, e l'attuale metodo standard, la costruzione dei libri. Nel terzo capitolo di questo documento saranno discussi il processo, la procedura, la motivazione e la distribuzione delle due procedure selezionate, nonché i loro vantaggi e svantaggi. Seguono due casi di studio che illustrano le conoscenze acquisite nel capitolo precedente. Infine, vengono riassunte le conoscenze acquisite e viene fornita una prospettiva sul possibile sviluppo futuro.
