Our lives are out of balance: we have forgotten the non-dual, the Eternal. Basically, we have become spiritual seekers because something about our lives feels "off". But we often fail to see to what extent our "personal problems" are also a symptom of a more general, societal dysfunction. In this book, I try to explain why we, as society and as humanity, have become so lamentably one-sided and disconnected. I also describe in some detail how we can reverse this self-alienation, which is the main reason for our current "polycrisis". Paradoxically, we can only express our individuality fully and creatively when we are also aware of our true, spiritual Nature.
