L'autore
Daniel Kehlmann wurde 1975 in München geboren und lebt in Wien. Für seine Romane und Erzählungen, die in mehr als ein Dutzend Sprachen übersetzt wurden, erhielt er zahlreiche Auszeichnungen, zuletzt den Candide-Preis 2005. Sein Roman; Ich und Kaminski;, 2003 erschienen, wurde international zu einem großen Erfolg.
