The conference has been organized by the Hanoi Institute of Mathematics, Ho Chi Minh City University of Te- nology, Interdisciplinary Center for Scienti?c Computing (IWR), Heidelberg, and its International PhD Program “Complex Processes: Modeling, Simu- tion and Optimization”.
