The Editors : Gunther Hauser is a Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Austrian Defence Academy and at the Danube University of Krems (Austria). Franz Kernic is an Associate Professor in Political Science at the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and Professor at the Swedish National Defence College in Stockholm (Sweden).
