Data collected was analysed using descriptive statistics. Utilization of Non-Governmental organization funds in planning and development of primary schools was evidenced by construction of latrines, construction of water tanks, provision of school uniform, capacity building and in-service training. Other areas of school development that did not attract partnership included construction of classrooms, provision desks and instructional materials. The researcher recommended need for school stakeholders to create favourable environment between them and Non-Governmental organizations.
