FILIP MARKIEWICZ (*1980, Esch/Alzette) ist ein Luxemburger Künstler, der mit einem sehr breiten Spektrum von Medien arbeitet: Angefangen bei Malerei und Zeichnung über Videoarbeiten bis hin zu Installationen. Unter dem Namen RAFTSIDE ist er seit 1999 auch als Komponist für Film und Theater tätig. 2015 vertrat Markiewicz Luxemburg bei der 56. Biennale von Venedig.
