Sinossi

The study¿s emphasis is on measuring quality and presenting good practices in the online course delivery environment. This survey and experimental research collected data from students in the industrial management program. Two-Way Analysis of Variance was utilized as the statistical tool to determine the relationship among variables; the results indicated that graduate students accessed the course a greater number of times than undergraduate students, and students with better grades also accessed Blackboard more often than students with poorer grades. Key components that course developers and educators can use in their pedagogical process of Internet-based environments to promote student satisfaction and learning effectiveness are instructional and design strategies, instructor¿s performance, use of web- based technology and activities, student participation, and supported services.
