An integrated employee retention model from retention and performance perspective have been proposed and tested. The broader theoretical framework of retention couples the traditional napproach with contemporary thinking. A cross-sectional survey based study is designed to test the integrated model. Structural equation modeling analysis supports the integrated perspective.
