The achievement oriented educational processes are based upon commonalities rather than catering individualistic needs, so fails in blossoming individuality. Such educational processes project at-end evaluation in terms of scores wherein the actual learning of the student remains unidentified. Actual learning should highlight what a student knows. If a concept is not known to students or is not correctly conceptualized then why it is so: needs diagnosis. Each orientation may need rectification at the right time so that the future learning is not hampered. This book is for those teachers, administrations, policy makers who have genuine concern for students’ learning rather than the product aspect.
