Steven Feuerstein gilt weltweit als einer der führenden Experten für die Oracle-Programmiersprache PL/SQL. Bei O'Reilly hat er schon eine ganze Reihe von Oracle-Büchern veröffentlicht, darunter auch einige Taschenreferenzen.
Bill Pribyl ist Autor mehrerer O'Reilly-Titel, Dozent und Software-Consultant. Seit einiger Zeit ist er Kopf von PLNet.org, einer Website, auf der Oracle PL/SQL-Nutzer Open Source-Projekte austauschen können.
