Mac Barnett is a renowned author of children's books. His books have been translated into more than 30 languages and have sold over two million copies worldwide. His illustrated albums have twice won the Caldecott Medal: once in collaboration with John Klassen (Sam & Dave Dig a Hole, who also won the EB White Read Aloud Award) and once for his book Extra Yarn, which also earned the Boston Award.
