This Research work reports the description of FMEA methodology, its implementation in Rapsri Industries Ltd., Division of foundry in reducing rejections of bushes. FMEA is used as a tool to assure products quality as a mean to improve operational performance of the process. Die casting processes was thoroughly monitored to check various parameters which were causing rejections by conducting few experiments.
