Farmers burn the maximum amount of rice straw/ bagasse in the field which results in evolution of oxides of Nitrogen, sulphur and carbon which are harmful for human and animal life. The rice straw and bagasse are chosen as feedstocks, as they are abundant in nature. The main aim of the work is to make composites of ordinary portland cement with biomass ash and it may help to reduce the cost and will save the environment.
