The spatial deformations and transverse vibrations in the transmissions of big circular saw machines and big band saw machines have been examined. Dependencies for determining the static and dynamic deformations of the main shaft in two mutually perpendicular planes are obtained. Deformation checks in the transmissions of the machines are made. Normal operation of the woodworking machines is ensured if the real deformations are smaller or equal to the limit values established in the technical literature. 212 pp. Englisch.
