As a result, it has become imperative to develop a new concept/strategy that brings together "all puzzle elements" of advanced technologies and coordinates them together on any potential adversary, in order to achieve a total and quick victory. The most important developed ones are the "Multi-Domain Operations" and the "Mosaic Warfare", aimed to integrate the Military Science and Art's innovations and high-tech with far behind operational doctrines and structural organisation.
