Neomycinsulphate is abroad spectrum of aminoglycosides antibiotic, antibacterial agent used for treatment of ocular eye infection. Diclofenac sodium is a NSAIDS agent in the treatment of eye reduce swelling, pain and light sensitivity after cataract surgery or corneal referective surgery. It was formulated as ocular in situ gel forming eye drop are using polymers such as carbopol940 as a gelling agent in combination of suitable preservatives. It is a newer approach to improve easy to eye instillation residence time and enhance bioavailability, prolonged and sustained drug release. Also important in the easy of administration afforded and the decrease frequency of administration resulting in the better patient complience and acceptance.
