I have been asked as to where I draw my inspiration in accomplishing the Herculean jobs of being and staying as a researcher and as research manager– and the easiest way I can answer this is to draw on my own experience as a teacher. For me, being a researcher is something that has evolved from my innate passion to discover new knowledge.
