《汉语初级口语教材语篇结构研究》主要依据会话分析理论对汉语初级口语教材中的会话课文的语篇结构进行实证性的研究。语料主要选自最近出版的汉语口语教材中的会话课文。目的是发现会话课文编写在语篇结构方面具有汉语特点的规律，以便使汉语教材会话课文的编写在结构上有据可依，避免编写过程中出现此方面的问题，提高会话课文的编写水平。本书结合课文实例主要从两个角度对会话课文的语篇结构进行了研究：微观角度，从语篇结构的基本单位和一些基本结构对会话课文的语篇结构进行了研究；宏观角度，从语篇的开头和结尾、语篇结构中的衔接与连贯等方面对会话课文进行了研究。本书可作为对外汉语教学参考用书。
