He has published/presented over 50 papers in international journals and conferences. His areas of interest include high performance computing, data mining, design patterns, wavelet transform, fractal analysis, and cryptography. Dr. Soman is the author of, Insight Into Wavelets: From Theory to Practice, published by Prentice-Hall of India. SHYAM DIWAKAR is a Research Associate at Neurophysiology Labs, Pavia, Italy. V. AJAY is a Research Associate at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. His research interests include sparse matrix computations, data mining, and high performance computing.
