R. Panneerselvam, Ph.D., is Dean, School of Management, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. He has more than 27 years of teaching and research experience. Professor Panneerselvam has published seven well-established textbooks-Production and Operations Management, Engineering Economics, Operations Research, Database Management Systems, Research Methodology, Interest Tables for Engineering Economics and Design and Analysis of Algorithms, all published by PHI Learning, New Delhi. Besides, he has published more than 70 research articles in many national and international journals. P. Senthilkumar, M.E., is Deputy Manager (Projects) in Valeo Minda Electrical Systems Private Limited. Earlier, he served as Senior Engineer (Manufacturing Process Planning) in Lucas-TVS Limited, Pondicherry Division. Mr. Senthilkumar has published several research articles in reputed journals. His research areas include production scheduling and Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVS) scheduling.
