It is refreshing that the writer of the present dissertation has made a bold attempt to analyse Eliot views on five fundamental problems concerning the Creative process by applying the yardsticks adopted by Indian Aesthetics and to locate the similarities in the thought currents projected by some of the noted Indian thinkers and Eliot.
