Informazioni sugli autori
Desirée Acevedo es una ilustradora nacida en Huelva. Apasionada del dibujo desde que sostuvo en su mano un lápiz por primera vez, todo apuntaba a que haría alguna carrera artística, pero finalmente se diplomó en Magisterio. Es por eso que los álbumes ilustrados aúnan sus tres pasiones: escribir historias, ilustrarlas y la enseñanza que te da la lectura. Acevedo ahora vive en Sevilla, donde se ha formado en varios cursos sobre ilustración, técnicas, narrativa y uno concretamente sobre el proceso creativo del álbum ilustrado. Lleva un recorrido de más de 20 libros publicados.
La galardonada ilustradora Silvia Álvarez nació en la ciudad costera tropical de La Ceiba, Honduras, de padre hondureño y madre española. A los siete años se trasladó a España viviendo ahora en Sevilla donde se licenció en Bellas Artes. En 2017 recibió la medalla de oro en los certámenes literarios International Latino Book Awards por sus ilustraciones en Margarito, un cuento publicado por Cuento de luz.
