Published under the auspices of the Faculty of Law of Tel Aviv U., this yearbook presents studies by international scholars addressing human rights in peace and war. Particular attention is paid to problems relevant to the State of Israel and the Jewish people. Volume 32 contains eight contributions on international law and the war on terrorism. It also includes summaries of 22 recent judgments of the Supreme Court of Israel relating to the Administered Territories.
