<div><strong><B>Jan Cornelis</B> is the vice-rector of research at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels) and head of the university's electronics and information-processing department. He is also a consultant professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xian, China, and a member of the board of directors of the Interuniversity MicroElectronics Centre in Leuven, Belgium. <strong><B>Marleen Wynants</B> is the operational director of the CROSSTALKS program and a contributor to <i>JANUS</i> magazine.
