About The Author

Having served as a dedicated Rotarian starting January 5, 2005, he built a distinguished track record within the organization, beginning with the Rotary Club of Chandanagar, where he served as Club President during the 2012–13 Rotary year. He went on to become the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Miyapur in 2014, bringing together a diverse cross-section of professionals to serve the community—a club that has since nurtured and produced numerous exceptional Rotary leaders.

In the 2017–18 Rotary year, he earned the rare distinction of serving concurrently as Regional Trainer for Hyderabad for 40 Rotary Clubs and Assistant Governor for four clubs.

Renowned for his expertise in executive leadership development, he has personally conducted in-person board training for over 40 Rotary Clubs. Following the pandemic, he launched the Rotary Online Training Initiative (ROTI), delivering interactive sessions across more than 40 specialized topics. Today, he continues to support and strengthen the Rotary movement worldwide, offering his signature training workshops and leadership programs to clubs across the globe.
