Dr. P. Balasubramanian is the University Librarian of Manonmaniam Sundaranar Univesity, Tirunelveli-627 012 , Tamil Nadu. He holds M. A, MLISc, MPhil, MCA, MBA, PGDPR and Ph.D. He is a life member of various professional bodies. His books on library and information science are very popular among the research scholars and library professionals. He has published 49 books on library and information science and on general topics. He has presented 117 papers in seminars, conventions, conferences, and referred journals. He has organized many national and international seminars and workshops. Dr. Sherin Yohannan is presently working as Librarian-UGC in Maharaja&;s College, Ernakulam, Kerala. She has completed BSc, MLISc, and Ph.D. She has qualified UGC NET and JRF. She is a rank holder for MLISC. She has published a book on library and information science. She has published 5 articles in various referred national and international journals. She has also contributed 5 papers in national and international conferences and seminars. She is a life member of many professional associations. She has also attended many conferences and seminars in the field of library and information science.
