Earlier versions of some chapters in this book were presented at the Conference ‘‘Network Ethics:The New Challenge in Business, ICT and Education,’’ hosted by the Center for Ethics, Business and Economics of the School of Business and Economics of the Catholic University of Portugal, in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Northern Iowa.
