The Flight Crew (Business Edition)
Have you ever wondered what it takes to keep a plane in the air? It is not the role of one man alone, but an entire team: pilots, cabin crew and ground staff, each playing a role that is salient and critical.
In this book, Adekunle Ogundipe uses this powerful aviation metaphor to reframe everything we think we know about leadership and success.
This book challenges the idea that significance belongs only to those at the top. Rather, it makes the case that leadership is a mindset of service available to anyone, anywhere on the organizational chart. A case that we are all called to lead something, which could be our lives, family, business or nation.
This is not just a book, but a framework and leadership model that equips individuals and organizations to navigate change, build resilient teams, and lead powerfully from wherever they are serving, because several lives depend on it.
