Professor Gi-Chul Yang is aprofessor in the Department of Multimedia Engineering, College of Engineering, MokpoNational University, South Korea, and has been the director of School ofInformation Engineering of the university.

Professor Xu Huang is professorand head of engineering in the Faculty of Information Sciences and Engineering,University of Canberra, Australia. Prof. Huang is Fellow of Institution ofEngineers Australia (FIEAust).

Professor Oscar Castillo isa Professor of Computer Science in the Graduate Division, Tijuana Institute ofTechnology, Tijuana, Mexico. Prof. Castillo serves as Research Director ofComputer Science and head of the research group on fuzzy logic and geneticalgorithms, and is President of HAFSA (Hispanic American Fuzzy SystemsAssociation) and Vice-President of IFSA (International Fuzzy SystemsAssociation). Prof. Castillo is also Vice-Chair of the Mexican Chapter of theComputational Intelligence Society (IEEE).

Dr. Sio-Iong Ao finished his doctoral research in TheUniversity of Hong Kong and postdoctoral researches in the University of Oxfordand Harvard University, and is a former visiting professor of CranfieldUniversity, UK and University of Wyoming, USA.
