<p><b>Dr. Lakhmi C. Jain</b>, Ph.D., Dr. H.C., M.E., B.E. (Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia) is with the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and Liverpool Hope University, UK.&nbsp;Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation, and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies worldwide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generates synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.</p><p><b>Roumen Kountchev</b>&nbsp;is with the faculty of Telecommunications, Dept. of Radio Communications and Video Technologies—Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He has 434 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings, 18 books, and 22 patents. Roumen Kountchev is a member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences; the president of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition; the editorial board member of IJBST Journal Group; the editorial board member of: Intern. J. of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems; Intern. J. Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience; the editor of books for Springer SIST series.</p><p><b>Bin Hu</b>&nbsp;is an engineer and a counselor&nbsp; at Changsha Normal University, ACM Member, IEEE Member, he is the guest editor of EI-indexed journals: International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems (IJRIS) and International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management (IJISSCM), the editorial board member of International Journal of Enterprise Information Systems (IJEIS) and International Journal of Strategic Decision Sciences (IJSDS), and the technical editor of International Journal of Computer and Communication Technology (IJCCT). He published many articles in high standard journals like Knowledge-based System(KS), Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Control (JIFS), Enterprise Information System(EIS),&nbsp; Financial Innovation(FI) and etc.</p><p><b>Roumiana Kountcheva</b>&nbsp;is the vice president of TK Engineering. She got her Ph.D. at the Technical University of Sofia and became a senior researcher at TIE, in 1993. She has 183 publications and 5 patents and presented 16 plenary speeches at international conferences and workshops. She is a member of IRIEM, IDSAI, IJBST Journal Group, and Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition. She is a reviewer of WSEAS conferences and journals and of books for Springer SIST series.</p>
