Overall, this book is overtly and honestly focuses on the supply side of the supply echo system. Whilst it does not provide a comprehensive set of tools, models and techniques to enable the practitioner to understand how to mange the supply ecosystem, it does make a compelling case for the need for understanding the ecosystem as a whole and managing the supply side in that context. In this regard, it is a valuable read for any manager irrespective of what part of the ecosystem they work in.
