School of Theology(NIST) in Kenya and is now bishop of the Busoga diocese in the Church of Uganda.He serves as the chairman of the Bible Society of Uganda, the Uganda Christian University Council and the Commission for Higher Education. In 1995 he and his wife founded HesedMinistries, Uganda, to serve as a catalyst for spiritual renewal and growth in the Anglican Church of Uganda.
