Stefan è un giovane reporter del giornale l'Eco d'Italia che, grazie al suo intuito e alla sua innata capacità di attrarre a sé la maggior parte delle donne che incontra. Stefan is a young reporter for the newspaper l'Eco d'Italia who, thanks to his intuition and his innate ability to attract most of the women he meets, succeeds brilliantly in solving the intrigues and mysteries he encounters while carrying out his work as a special correspondent. But this time the challenge awaiting him is much more difficult than usual: his boss, after discovering an affair between his wife and Stefan, decides to get rid of him by sending him to China to investigate the origins of the Coronavirus. In modern-day Wuhan, Stefan meets the beautiful and mysterious Wang Lian, a woman very different from all those he has met so far, who will drag him along with her in a whirlwind of adventures on the road, along the streets of the Chinese cities and countryside. The aim is to guard the cumbersome secret of Lian, a senior biologist at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and get the secret and the beautiful woman safely out of the confines of the Chinese regime.Forced into disguise and hiding, Stefan and Lian will have to escape the clutches of the secret police as the circle around them tightens.
