Life in its essence is spirit and spirit is what we need to connect with if we want to come to some understanding of it. This is what I have been trying to do for the better part of my life here in this crazy world.My interest in human behavior resulted in the awareness scale. It has formed the basis of all my literature about human behavior and the essence of life.My philosophical writings went on steroids after I read the Penre Papers and all the other literature from Wes Penre. Without the knowledge I gained from this source I could not have written this book.In this handbook you will learn how to live your life without too much frustration. The more you understand what life is all about the less frustrated you will be. To me this is of some importance as the world we live in is in a rapid decline.
