The ATICS Program will eventually lead us to leave Mother Earth and work "out there" off planet as we launch our projects to harness the energy of the sun. Perhaps we will accomplish this through the placement of orbiting technologies such as the now famous Dyson Spheres. Obviously, to launch and sustain a program such as the ATICS Program, we will do well to absolutely master the tricks of the trade. This means that we learn how to safely reduce the threats inherent in working in such locations "out there" and thus master the yet known, and unknown, threats that such locations pose to our safety. Our world today is seriously a fragmented place. At its best, it is a modern technological civilization that is very confused and thus lacking a unified vision of the worth of human life. Obviously, success with the ATICS Program requires a more unified vision of the value of the human family. Success with the desire to Attain a Type I Civilization requires a fresh focus on the global value of Humanity. Achieving this, we can then leverage this new global focus to unify the many countries of the world with a common and more positive vision to succeed with the ATICS Program for the good of a really global Humanity.
