Ellis Greystone, a decorated soldier haunted by war, leads a fractured team of survivors—including his fellow rebel team, Levi, a gifted prodigy; Lukee, a child that is their mascot; “Big Guy,” comedic robot, and AI-enhanced soldiers of war that cross the human line of morality, raptor bred AI brutal for warriors but all longing for freedom. Plus, war machines that look like humans but have no soul.
