Kreyòl - Anglè Fasil, nicknamed “KAF”, is the title of a freshly added method to the learning / language instructions published in diaspora as well as in Haiti, and aims at the development of a multilingualism where Haitian Creole finds its place in another dimension, in a project of similar development. Since the first version of this book was French – English, we now have an interest to rejoice for the publication of Haitian Creole (Kreyol) – English version. The lexicon or glossary section along with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) presentation (sound and the pronunciation of each sound) corresponding to Haitian Creole. In addition to the principle of operating spelling, it accompanies the book that has already reflected the vision and objective of the author. This, in a way is reflect through the design of a multilingual development in the Kreyol, English-speaking community.
Exercises and activities in the book are excellent things. All exercises and activities correspond to the reader's live reality portion, according to the content of each lesson. All the elements of the book are well structured in a clear, precise, and simple way. It all supports the book's pertinence in a complex and fragile multilingual context with respect to the vision of bilingual development that many countries can share. Bilingual Creole - French or Creole - English. It can be for example for Creole – English (Haiti), Jagwatok – English (Jamaica), Papiamento – English (Curaçao). It's wonderful content and a beautiful presentation that this book brings to the diaspora in general, and its readers in particular.
