The equipment is compatible with NMP recovery system and heat recovery system. Heat recovery system mainly includes fan, gas heat exchanger, control system and so on. The equipment runs automatically to realize the automatic recovery of NMP liquid.
Where the exhaust air from the Coater is stored at room temperature and condensed through the chiller where the rich NMP will send to the storage tank, remaining air will be sent through the zeolite wheel (VOC)and the NMP emissions are captured and again send to the storage tank. and the remaining hazardous air will be exhausted the atmosphere.
This equipment is the NMP recovery system & waste heat recovery system for the coating machine, the NMP recovery system mainly includes tail gas fan, gas heat exchanger, surface cooler, VOC rotor, emergency discharge, control system and other parts. The waste heat recovery system mainly includes a surface cooler, exhaust gas fan, gas-gas heat exchanger, control system and other parts. The equipment is fully automated to achieve automatic extraction of NMP recovery fluid and maintain a stable VOCs content in the return air NMP and emission air. The equipment adopts the overall system design, which can detect the key process parameters and equipment operation status in real time to ensure the stability and safety of the system operation.
