ABOUT THE AUTHOR:Stuart Goldstein, MBA, is currently the President and Founder of Goldart Consulting LLC, a small business consulting firm that specializing in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and Management consulting to micro, small and mid-size businesses in various Strategic Planning operations. Current and past clients are based in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, Colorado, California, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Miami, Venezuela, London England, Moscow Russia, and Paris France.
Over the years, Mr. Goldstein has helped Entrepreneurs, Investors & Companies generates several millions of dollars in revenue, profits and investment gains.
Previously, as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SFX Entertainment Inc.,, a forerunner company to Live Nation Inc., Mr. Goldstein helped analyze and complete over $3 billion in Merger and Acquisition activity including the acquisition of many of the industry’s leading concert promoters such as Bill Graham Presents, PACE Entertainment, Contemporary Productions, Don Law, and David Falk Management.
Prior to this, Mr. Goldstein was the Manager of Strategic Planning in Corporate Marketing at Cablevision Systems, then the country’s fifth largest cable system operator and owner of several Entertainment assets including the Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, the New York Knicks and Rangers, and the American Movie Classics and Bravo television channels.
Mr. Goldstein has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Marketing from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
