As a current high school teacher, I have been contemplating the education of America's youth alongside the new developments in Artificial Intelligence. I am concerned that many teenagers are turning to A.I. to do their assignments for them and aren't learning even the basics. They are getting the grades but aren't getting the information in their minds.
As millions of teenagers grow into voting and tax-paying adults what kind of educational foundation will they have?
This question has led me to create a series of books on A.I.- Resistant Projects for the Classroom.
This book is a part of that series and is geared towards the English Language Arts class
( English 1 English 2 English 3 and English 4 ).
Each assignment / project in this book has an objectives section, detailed assignment compnents and a rubric for assessment. I hope you find the assignments in this book beneficial to keeping your students engaged and learning throughout the school year.
