A three-part poem in which the doubts and negation of the first part contrast with the physical and emotional engagement of the second leading to a partial resolution in the third. Triptych is written in a broken, open-ended, reflexive style in which the linguistic fragments gradually come together to form a poetic whole.
Struggle with nothing; What might or might not; Indelible stillness; As if their very proximity meant something; Of a different order a different order of; Brightness from somewhere; All that intelligence; What follows or follows from; Tremulous existence; This is where is it not.
